Cant get a match from the lyrics on google but I heard this song on JJJ at about 10-10:30am today (wed).

The lyrics I recall went:

'how can I tell if your high if you wont let me touch you'

a slowish/medium rock type song, male singer, nothing 'out there' music wise that stands out....ive only heard it once and luckily my memory grabbed the lyrics (which is the chorus) or id have nothing to go on.
