Are the Roosters the only club......

that donated to the Tsunami fund. I know Easts gave $15,000 but I haven't heard of any other club kicking in. With all the money that Souths Juniors, Parra, Canterbury and Penrith have it would be pretty ordinary if they didn't contribute.

I would think so, otherwise it would appear that they haven't. Plus it's good public relations.

You shouldn't really have to publicly state that you donated...

if diiffernt sects of religions can say they are putting in so much - I can't see where it would hurt...but RC remember the llicenced clubs have put in $500,000 and maybe their donations were included n that...let's not point score in an episode like this

Wealthy individuals, companies and clubs have an obligation to donate large sums of money to causes such as this. It was great to see Schumaker donate such a large amount. I'd be interested to see what some of those dumbarse overpaid actors donated.

Not trying to point score Ozzie, I'm just curious as I haven't heard or read anywhere that any of the other clubs have donated.

The company I work for came out and donated $50,000 to the Tsunami appeal, we did not come out and make a song'n'dance about the donation, that is not what it is about. There is not written rule that anyone making donations to the relief effort has to come out and be showered in glory for trying to help others out.

I am certain there are other clubs who have donated or contributed to the Tsunami cause though do not feel it is necessary to spruke or release how much they have donated to the recovery. Any donation is not about "public relations" moron...it is about doing what's right given what has happened.

This is nothing but a lame ass attempt to bait rival supporters which in itself is quite poor given the situation/circumstance.

Exactly mate.

Why try and score PR points of an event like this?

My company donated, but no-one other than those in our company know that.

Do you have to come out with insults? I am not starting trouble, I was merely inquiring if anyone knew of other clubs donating? Give yourself an uppercut.

Cogburn, your whole post is coming across as a "Rooster's donated, why haven't your club?" message.

Broncodroid is correct.

You have read it wrongly. I am critical of Easts for not giving more.

No one read anything incorrectly, nothing youve posted previously indicates a criticism of the Roosters.

Garbage......you never "merely" post anything. You have a hidden agenda behind
everything you say. And everything is a bait to oppositon fans.

BTW, Penrith donated $50,000 within a couple of days of the disaster.

Later on it was announced that the Bulldogs had also chipped in $50,000.

It really makes the roosters $15,000 look even more pathetic doesn't it?

"bait bait"
