I just found out my colleagues that are in the same role as me earn $4/hr more, are less skilled, do less work and have been employed for a shorter period.
I am absolutely filthy about it and feel physically ill.
Anyone else been through this?

Everything in writing blud, company emails be best if you got them.

Also sound out other employment/same role from local competitors, always good ammo when pushing for more.

Memba’ you’re not a family or any other sappy shit they might come up with.

Also, if you’re working 38 hours a week you’re looking at $600 less per month (which is a significant amount) than your less-experienced colleagues who’ve not been in the job as long. Wouldn’t want to stay in that position if the boss snaps back anyway.
