I would like to submit my resume for the position of Recruitment Manager, and feel I meet the qualifications that you are seeking in a potential employee.
My work availability is flexible and am available Mon-Sun or as required to meet & comply with the clubs demand.
My work experience has been varied, and have always excelled in achieving targets. I have found my previous roles to be challenging and have gained strong experience in, communication skills and complying with business activities within busy and demanding environments.
My current and previous roles have all been team orientated, and these roles I find very beneficial as it encourages motivation, but you also develop a terrific rapport with fellow employees in an endeavor to accomplish organization goals and objectives.
My credentials are that I have studied a Diploma in Management and Team Leadership, and are currently completing a Business Degree at the University of Newcastle with Majors in Human Resources ( completed) and Management ( completed).
I also feel that I could ensure that the ideal candidates are chosen for when positions become available within the club. My strive for excellence and perfection has ensured I was extremely successful at my previous positions.
I am located on the Central Coast (Terrigal) and have my own transport; however I’m considering whether to move back to Sydney if a position comes available.
