(Seniors - experience in semi pro or professional teams or Super League/ UK/ French / QCup / NSW Cup / Bundy Red Cup / NYC / NRL) - Juniors - rep sides or club.
Subject: Identification of Italian Origin Rugby League players or staff based in Australia, eligible to represent the Federazione Italiana Rugby League XIII (FIRL) in the future.
The FIRL (through Australian - Italians) was formed in 1995 and has participated in a number of international tournaments and test matches in it's fourteen year history. The actual history of the game of Rugby league in Italy, dates back to the 1950s when a strong 20 team competition flourished and the Italian national team played internationals against the French and the touring Kangaroos. The FIRL and Rugby League in Italy was re-established in 2006 and are aiming for an 8 team Italian League for 2010 (good growth) and more international events.
Since 1995, the FIRL have been participating in various domestic and international events such as;

Joel Morgan being an Australian-Italian representative for the FIRL (Assistant for Media and Promotion) to collect the contact details of any interested financial support, players, coaches and staff willing to take an opportunity to help the Italian Rugby League with current and future events/tournaments.
