Yes it does. Otherwise the likes of Milford and tedesco would no doubt be there

Has no bearings on World Cup selection. In 2009 tony Williams and Jennings played for a junior kangaroo team vs tonga, and then played for tonga.
David nofoaluma is in the Samoa squad as well as this one.

Hes represented Qld the last few years and now hes in the Aussie squad. Hes lived in Australia since he was like 4, so fair enough. Interesting to see if he sticks to Australia if he ever progresses to that level in first grade.
