In all honesty i reckon Uni / Schoolboy RL can be a valuable assett in spreading the game.

absolutely...we send various levels of england teams all round the world,our third tier rep team,the england lions,are in south africa at the moment,in canada the tour before that..

i see no reason why australia can't have 4-5 tiers of "kangaroos"....or why a NZ'A' team can't tour various 2nd tier places....france 'A' are touring south africa next year for example...


we need to utilize the big threes A,B,C,D teams more
