Couple of really smelly races yesterday. The all star mile was rank. Moor riding to beat alligator blood and destroying both their chances in the process deserves a thorough enquiry. People are betting on this shit.

The provincial qualifier at Kembla stunk too. Red hot leaders highway and the winner was backed off the map. Pacemaker with no hope went at suicide splits and put it on a platter for Short shorts who sat in the slipstream while nothing made up any ground.

Mile was good, winner was the flashing lights the run before and not having Willow on was a positive

Less said about Cylinder the better could have been a nice collect

How bout the great So Si Bon storming home from last to grab 8th beating home a few Group 1 winners and most of the field in the All Bald Mile

Not a bad run from the old bastard
He’s been a strange old horse but has banked over 2 million bucks. Nothing to sneeze at.

Hayes team will keep him going till get gets to 100 starts, he’s Extra Zero Mach 2

He’s had a few trainers too. They thought he was a stayer as a 3yo then realised he wasn’t and thought he was a sprinter instead. They refused to cut the boys off so he refused to stop biting merkins mid race.
If he’d been gelded early and trained as a sprinter/miler from the get go he probably would’ve had an even more successful career.

That was Divine Prophets Guineas, he now has 3 year olds running around and So Si Bon is still punching darts… what a trooper
