Avatar request

Hi All,

I was wanting this image to be made in to an avatar that suits LU's site guidelines; can anyone help me out?

 

I imagine resizing the image to the maximum LU limit (in either pixels or kbs) would do the trick, no?

 

I'd imagine so pal. My problem? No idea how to do it.

 

It's possible, but to keep it a square you'll loose the bottom part of the image. Just his head, the quote and part of his torso will remain in tact.

 

Text is almost unreadable... might be worse when you upload it, but...
