Ayshford's Scans Clear him of serious injury.

Blake's scans have come back clear.

They are tipping it was a pinched "nerve" type of injury.

More will be known tomorrow.

He is now a big chance of starting.

Daniela will travel up with the squad just in case.

He would want to be 100% this weekend to play. Defensively he was off the pace last week and Tonga will tear him to shreads if he has another off day. Still, glad he is not badly injured, much better option then anything else.

I'm a massive Ayshford fan but his defence has been pretty ordinary this year. Hope he bounces back..

I'd rather Ayshford than Daniela. I agree with the previous post, rate Ayshford but defensively he has been poor in the last couple of games.

Was just coming on here to post he will play. Beaten to the punch and with concrete details.

Kudos

Heard nothing about it but to speculate he was grabbing his right wrist/forearm at one stage in Sundays game. I had assumed he had copped a stinger

Having a dodgy doc has its positives at times I guess.

"Good news!!!...Its not cancer...its an ingrown toenail!!"
