Well I hope two things happen here.

1. I hope Kimmorley threatens & the sharks seriously look at a replacement. From inside or outside. I think Aitken from all reports is a possibility & Sullivan will be good when he stops trying to make up for lost time & just plays what is in front of him.

We need it because I don't think BK is really up to it with his current attitude & it will be a tough decision for the next coach to make on how or if BK fits into the team.

2. That Kimmorley realises that his protector is gone for good & he has 4 years ahead as a team member & it is time that he became one.

Gone will be the days of the krap like he turned on yesterday with stupid flat passes, senseless inside balls & nothing kicks. Best of all, no more goal kicking or kicks for touch.

Everybody knows Kimmorley can play.
Who can say without doubt that kimmorley does not think himself above the other players & the club.
Geez hang on there BTR the media are saying BK had a good game and I agree with them and this year whenever he was on the field he was always among our better players the sharkies look a far better team when BK is on the field

I have been a league supporter my whole life. I was born and breed on footy, my mum and dad would have friends over to watch the footy, have a barbie and a few beers.
I am 14 years old and I have always supported the mighty sharkies, but before about 2000 I would only really run in, ask the score and run back out again to play with the other kids. But in about 2000, I really started to get into my footy and knew enough about the players to have a favourite.
Anyway, since then these have been my favourite players:
2000: ET:, who was injured that year with an injury that ended his career.
2001: Preston Campbell: Who had a great season, but the following year only played a few games in first grade.
2002: Matthew Johns: (because Preston Campbell barely played that year) Who was injured that year with an injury that ended his career.
2003: Phil Bailey: who has had a great year and I hope with all my heart that he stays.

If Phil Bailey leaves, then I will officially come to the conclusion that I am jinxed and (in the sharks best interests) I will never have another favourite player……

If Kimmorley goes we are royally screwed in the halves, but that's not to say we can't fill the position to an adequate standard.

Sullivan played some good games in the #7 and with some more games we'd see what he can do. It'd also allow Russell Aitken to ge this hands on the ball to allow him to show why he's better than the Benji Marshall guy. His kicking game is just as good as Kimmorley's as well, so Dallalana will have to remain the reserve.

Speaking of Dallalana, why wasn't he playing for Italy in the Ionio Cup?

He wasn't (still isn't) registered with the IRL.

I didn't think Kimmorley was any worse than most of the others. Ratings in today's Tele were pretty right, IMO.
Lack of co-ordination (both team and individual) seemed to be the main problem. And lack of puff too, I guess.

The original thread posting talks of Bailey leaving, as it read it, the point of the post. No confusion here.

BTW Bluespots, I think all sharks supporters have felt the same way, hang in there.

i heard a rumour that if Ando goes, Tweedle will walk. Is this the beginning of the end

Well, if Tweedle goes, I go too!

But seriously, Bailey is the only player I have heard who has a get out clause in his contrast.
I don't want to see any of our players leave, but I DO want players who will give their all out best, and have pride in their team. The players need to show some heart and get out there and do themselves and the fans proud, regardless of who is the coach
