Anyone else purchased this great album?

Bought it yesterday - even though it's been out for a few months, and i'm quite happy with the results, expecially after i didn't like Sea Change all that much. Beck has matured a bit, but he's just as funky and original as the Odelay! days. Best tracks are E-Pro, Girl, Earthquake Weather, Broken Drum and Rental Car.

Guero is good, but Seachange is the pinnacle of his career - he wont make anything better than that.

You really think so? There were some good songs on it, but one thing i love about Beck is his ability to perform all sorts of styles of music, and Seachange was kinda one-dimensional in that sense. Plus, i saw him live for the first time on the Seachange tour, and i was pretty damn dissipointed...

My two favourite Beck songs funnilly enough both have the word diamond in the title.

Diamond Bollocks and Diamond in the Sleeze. Classic tunes.

Man...I saw the Seachange tour and loved it - but then I loved Seachange any way. I can see that if you were looking for an Odelay/Mutations/Vultures tour, then you would be disappointed.
