... where you want players to be in certain positions? like for fun could you have Ruben Wiki as fullback or Joel Monaghan as a Prop? or are they automatically placed into their positions by defult?

Also I know injuries occur in the game and some can take a player out for like 6 games. My question is, How often do these occur and how easily?

You'll be able to create teams so i don't see any problem with rearranging a team.

maybe the with injuries, the more u use a player the more likely they will be to get injured? so if you use Jones & Johns nearly every played like i did in the demo they'll likely to get injured.

yep.
