I've got a Tribute and apart from the column shift, I love the car. It's a black one with all the trimmings including sun roof, roof racks, tinted windows, mag wheels, towing kit, fog lights, side rails and a whole heap of other stuff.

When it's clean it's a head turning car but I'd love to see the Tribute move up to 190 KW so it's got a bit more grunt.

I would go for either a Subaru Forrester GT, or a Ford Territory. The Subaru would be a more sporty option IMO, being Turbo and all. The Territory more family orientated, but there is talk of a FPV Turbo Territory in the pipeline.

Ford Territory won Wheels COTY last year, and it was up against some pretty stiff local and international competition, and apparently won hands down. Pretty good for a locally designed and built car. Apparently it is revolutionary for a soft road 4WD.

Those cars would probably fit in the boot of mine

220 kilowatts of Nissan Patrol.

Deisel of couse, as all good 4WD enthusiasts own.

How about a Turbo Territory. I understand these will be on the showroom floor in the near future.

Maybe the Holden fans should go the new powerhouse V6 Adventra.

Hi guys wondering if any of you can help me out.
I have a Prado Snowy Model and was wondering what is the correct tyre pressure on these cars.
I pump the tyres to 30psq (whatever the measurement is) but have been told 28 and 32.
Nothing in my manual about it and when I get the car serviced nobody's commented on it.
A mates bought a similar 4wd and he thought it should be 32.
Not a major difference or drama but just curious and you guys seem to know what your talking about.
Thanks for any help.

The Forester STi will be hitting road very soon.

Where did you hear that?

I thought they were only going to be on sale in Japan...

In Wheels, they are looking at bringing them over next year.

Eh, Nick Senior! We'll never see the 3 litre liberty... big lie! We'll never see the 2.5 WRX STi...lie. Not heard that we were getting the Forrester STi ("the wrx is our only sports car"), though the B9 Tribeca is on its way.

Yup, you gotta go the car company that puts more into safety then outright mileage. Subaru - 5 star safety accross the SUV range, 6 star badge!
