Hi Guys

A Warriors supporter here, I went to the game yesterday
Two teams showed up yesterday, one played and the other just watched really.
If I'm being completley honest, your mob weren't spectacular - and don't take the wrong way.
You just played simple, but it worked. You ran your lines, held the ball, made your tackles.
Where as we were flat, making errors, missing tackles.

I thought your lads were very secure. Very good D on the few occassions that we challenged.

Your lot were definately the better team on the day and while it hurt seeing it against my team, it was a treat to see how a league team should play.

I wish your lot all the best in the finals, I wouldn't mind seeing you guys go back-to-back

Thanks mate!

My thoughts...the dry track didn't do your team any favours. From the close up shots on the TV the Warriors looked buggered after 20-25 minutes and the Roosters just went through the middle. There was some heavy exchanges from both forward packs in the first 20 minutes and I think it took a lot out of the Warriors.

Then playing against a team with a bench of Moa, Liu, Maubs and SBW was always going to be hard to combat.

Hurrell coming back from injury was going to be no chance against a fresh Jennings who is probably laterally the quickest player in the comp and also one of the quickest over 20 metres. Jennings defence although underrated is just about the best left defensive centre in the comp. He (Konnie) will be better for the run.

I guess we shall see how good we are going when we play the Storm this Saturday night who were clinical against the Panthers earlier this evening. Should be a great game and bumper crowd but the weather is forecast like all our home games this year....to be shite :(.

Cheers
