Dead Kennedys i like. the Ramones I like too but the bands I've nominated are just a cut Above the rest. social d might be debatable to some people but they are MY favorite band.

Where's the f**king Stooges? And the XL Capris, Rrats Bander, the Slugf**kers, Johnny Dole and the Scabs, Toys Went Berserk. Even Pearls and Swine get a mention from me.

I'll have to check that book out. Since moving to Melbourne last year, I've become a member of three different library networks covering probably over 50 different libraries. Hopefully one of those libraries will have a copy.

Getting goosebumps here with all the memories of places like the Stagedoor Tavern, Selina's, Bexley North Hotel, et al.

The list of Australian and international punk bands I've seen at these venues would do anyone proud.

MC5 crossed my mind when I mentioned the Stooges in an earlier post.

I'm pretty sure Wayne Kramer made a guest appearance with Dick Dale at some music venue in Wollongong in the mid 90s. Certain substances have a tendency to blur things.
