bigpond nrl problems?

i was just wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i have with the bigpond nrl. it seems that i cant view it in the bigpond pop-up window but it opens in windows media player for me but it only plays a little bigpond animation and then stops naturally i thought that was just an add and it would play after loading but it didnt?

Are you using Firefox?
It dont like that, try IE.
