We'll let him go for a few beans, and he'll end up a star somewhere else....

Until he learns to dive I'm not a fan. He botched too many tries by going high when all he had to do was dive.

However he is still growing and has a great body type. With proper training he could be really good for us. I'm not so sure he'll be a star though. At least, not while he's kept on the wing.

Nah mate, just my opinion.

Great try no doubt, however watch it again he makes it harder than it needed to be. After he catches it instead of having his ears pinned back and heading for the corner he props up giving defence time to come across. then the only reason he got low enough to place the ball was because the opposition was pulling him down to the ground. A couple weeks later against the Cowboys he tries to do it again and gets taken out, all he had to do was dive and it was try time.

He seems too scared to dive for the stripe, teach him that in the off season and he'll be much better for it.

Again he's young and he still has growing to do, plenty of potential, I just don't think he'll be a superstar. Be overly happy to be proven wrong.

I just did rewatch it & I totally disagree. He received the ball with a player in his face, so he had nowhere to dive from 15 metres out. He in & awayed him then had to beat 2 more right on the touchline.
I reckon the practice "diving for the corner" for the 2 weeks prior to that try paid off. Not only did he dive for that try, he swapped hands at the right time.
I think you're looking at the wrong bloke.
for his 2nd try in that match, he did exactly what is required kept low & dove from 5 metres out .

Just had a look at the cowboys try & disagree there too. You cant keep low "and" run flat out. Its one or the other. He used his speed got there & the defender made his foot hit the corner post. If he ran low & dived he would not have made it & the defender would have taken him over the line.
