Book Launch - Through Blue Eyes

I went to the book launch of Through Blue Eyes, a pictorial history of NRLFC by Terry Williams at our Major sponsors the City Bowlers last night!

It was a very well run event and the book is excellent. I can highly recommend it to not only Newtown supporters but all league supporters who love the history of the game!

Well you know I'll be investing in a copy when I can afford it mate. ( winks ).

The first book was a rugby league fan's essential bookcase item. Better than the first book IYO mate ???

2TB's, it's hard to compare as this is a pictorial but probably better as it covers our playing fortunes up to this time. Great stories now on the Metro Kings, individually and by way of grand final reports.

I also like the inclusion of old footie cards and stickers through the ages.

I get a glimpse in the book around page 150 odd with my daughter Brittany and other loyal bluebag fans shaking the boys hands after another heroic performance at Henson in 2006, so my whole family liked that.
