I know there's been plenty of discussion, but I just need to register my absolute disgust at his performance against the Warriors. He looked uninterested, sloppy, arrogant, blamed others for his mistakes and, worst of all, looked extremely pissed off that Schif kicked the winning field goal. He just spat on the ground while everyone around him jumped up and down.

His first pass wasn't just forward, he deliberately threw it forward. He knows the obstruction rules, yet he continued to run behind a decoy anyway. Is it incompetence or something more? Either way, I never want to see him in the famous lime green ever again.

Harsh? Maybe, but he hasn't showed that he's wanted to fit in down here, he doesn't look like he's even attempted to, or that he has any pride in the jumper he wears.

i noticed about his attitude after the feild goal
Davico jumped up and high fived elliot and gave him a hug, Drew stood their and spat on the ground as if he didnt care... i was disgusted at it

but i question why he was taken off when the game was in the balance
at 28-all he was taken off and he is a feild goal specialist, its his only decent trait :?

Good Call!! I was sitting not too far from him when the 2nd fieldgoal went over and he looked mighty pissed off, hardly had a reaction when everybody else went up. Let's just shoot him...

Maybe Elliott took him off because a lightbulb finally went off in his head and he realised that Drew is Sh**thouse!!

Drew appeared to be just playing for himself and to me didn't really care about the result. His attitude was that of someone who believed it was his God-given right to be the one to break the deadlock and be the hero. Well there's no I in TEAM, and hopefully no DREW either.

I didn't have any issues with Drew being named on the bench, but I was under the impression that he was there to back up Woolford. When they brought him on in the halves I was in shock. He just didn't have the match fitness required for it, his judgement and timing was way off, as a result of being out of the top grade for too long. Playing Smith and Weyman came as a bit of a surprise also, as both of them were fresh from injury. But I was impressed by Tyran and especially Weymans performance's after being out of 1st grade for so long. Having 3 relatively green players on the bench is a no no to me.

I was seething from that first forward pass where we could have been excused if we thought we were watching a gridiron match. It probably deserved a penalty it was that forward.

He did absolutely nothing all match, in fact, if Elliot picked him ever again on that performance, he would need his head read. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on that one.

Drew was disorganised, uninterested and was a complete liability the whole time he was on the field. I used to feel sorry for the fellow but after watching how he reacted after the field goal I have no pity for him at all. F**k off to England and stop wasting our time!

I know it might not be the popular view, but maybe Drew came to Canberra with the intention of winning the hooking role from Woolford. He apparently even said something like "He (Woolford) won't get his position back..." after the Saints game at Kogarah last year.

After more than one and a half years, it would explain the above. If I am right, it is proably a good thing that he is leaving.

Not that I'm defending his reaction after the win or anything, but I know I'd find it hard to celebrate after having such a sh*t performance. So I'm not going to crucify him for that.

I really do feel sorry for the guy, when he came off the bench you could hear one massive groan from the entire crowd. He cops alot of sh*t.

His performance though...

I thought his reaction was a disgrace.

Not even a smile with a golden point win? His reaction was not that of a player with the slightest interest in the team.

His attempt at field goal was WOEFUL. Plus he was playing ABYSMALLY. I never want him in the green jersey again. He is clearly a liability in the squad.

I'm not going to be popular (but i can live with it)....

Crucify someone if they have a bad game as he did, fair enough....

But to crucify someone because he doesn't smile or jump for joy after the match I don't think is a go. As was said earlier, people at the Stadium were always on his back - sweating on him to do something wrong.

So I think he can be excused if he didn't feel like celebrating. I find it odd that he didn't have a reaction, but not totally surprised under the circumstances.

NOW COME ON!!! BRING IT ON!!! :)

I'm not too worried about his reaction after Schif sealed the win. Didn't some goose who used to play for the Wallabies look like he just got shot after they won some test after the siren, he looked like he had money on the other mob!

Anyways, people react in different ways. But I think mentally he has left the club. Not interested in running around and giving his all. It was a limp, pathetic performance.

Off to reggies then FedEx'ed to 'Huddisfild' CHAMP!

No, why should he be allowed to stink up the Premier League team. They have a chance at another Premiership!

I do blame him for his reaction because it shows that he has no passion for the Raiders. He obviously cared about his own performance ahead of the TEAM's victory.

his shot was woeful and his play all game was pathetic but given his feild goal ability it was the only time i would be happy to see him on the feild
it all worked out nicely but still besides schif and macca he was our only feild goal merchant and was taken off.... mind boggling for me
