I think that Bellamy should give this kid a go. He's a great young five eighth playing for the Norths Devils and his time to play FG has come. He's been killing it up there setting up a bucket load of tries and getting quite a few himself.

I know it's hard when he's got Scott Hill and Cooper Cronk ahead of him but he should be given a go soon.

Big jump for Qld Cup to NRL, specially for a young kid in such an important position. Give him time to develop at Norths.

Didn't he just get dropped to A grade? Luke Millwood is the Devils halfback these days isn't he?
Yeah, just what I was going to say. Mulholland has been in the Mixwell Comp for the past month or so. He appears to be a long way off first grade.

Does Bellamy have to talk about every single potential prospects for the Storm? We have 6 Devils players listed on the Storm's website yet none have ever been mentioned by Bellamy. He also hasn't mentioned Mitchell Pearce from the North Sydney juniors whom we are strongly after and is a member of the Junior Kangaroos. We're also hot on the heels of centre Chris Tuatara from the Bears who's been training with the Storm on occasions. Bellamy has mentioned none of those names in public.

You might want to expand your horizons beyond the confines of the NRL and the general media to see what the Storm have in store.

bellamy and the storm like to keep the young guys under wraps..so the media doesnt put pressure on them..and so other teams dont try paoch them.

there is plenty of info on websites about our younger players in devils and bears..if you cant be bothered to click a mouse and find it, then tough titties! bellamy isnt your personal player watcher...he doesnt have to report to you every second.

I'm pretty sure Bellamy mentioned Pearce in his pre-match talk at the social club before our game against the Roosters.

wow that tells me so much

can you go on?

he has had some big wraps on him from many people..he was added to the storm site as a player to watch this is what it says on the storm site:

Chris impressed enough during the pre-season to be called into the North Sydney Bears Premier League squad despite 2005 being his first year out of school. He is near the top of the tryscorers list for the League, and can score his tries from long-range or by barging over close to the line. He is also strong in defence.
