Depends on the exact charge. Straight sexual assault carries 14 years, if there is aggrevation in the assault it can be up to 20 years. Indecent Assault does not carry as big a sentence. These terms I have quoted are the maximum.

Brett will have his day in Court and what will be will be but let's face it no matter what the outcome it's a terrible shame that this occurred.

it depends what he did.... Act of indecency on person 16y or above it carries a max penalty of 18months..... but as hes rich he prob get a away with 2years good behaviour and hefty compo to the victim
