Remember he won 42 league games straight with Nottingham Forest, two straight European Cups (Champions League), plus a league title at Derby (remember there is a big rivalry between the two towns), yet never was in charge of the truely big clubs like Manure and Liverpool; and was a very successfull striker with Middlesbrough and Sunderland.
Yet the guy will go down as one of the best managers not to manage England and not to recieve a knighthood (before he passed away) and now they are looking at renaming the A52 Dual Carriageway between Derby and Nottingham to "Brian Clough Way'.
I wouldn't want to be Keiron Dyer (not that he has stepped up for England) or Craig Bellamy (Newcastle striker) and act like they have in the recent weeks.
