More could be added, but i doubt it for many yrs. Unless there are at least 2 teams from France and 2 from N America wanting to join, then the answer to them should be, no.

Can RL become the no.1 sport in Yorkshire? I would consider having Hull, Leeds, Wigan and Catalonia in the NRL, chuck Manly and the Sharks out. 18 team NRL, then, obviously.

Seems unlikely with Football dominating everything in the UK as you know.

Obviously P&R is intrenched in the UK sporting culture, mainly due to football but there is one thing for sure. P&R and expansion (of the top flight) don't go hand-in-hand. It is very hard to maintain key geographical markets with P&R in the picture and maintaining key geographical markets are what will bring more money into RL in the future.

P&R might be great culturally, but it is not great for planned growth of RL.

Would agree, but this season it looks like the battle at the bottom of Super League looks more exciting than the top
