Bronson not signed!

Bronson has no contract for next year (the only one of our young guns not too to the best of my knowledge). I understand that the club is probably going through priorities of unsigned one by one so they know where they stand after each (Skando at the moment) however firstly why are they leaving it all so late?
Bronson plays for jnr NSW at origin this week (plenty of people looking at him and whispers in his ear). We should have had Skando and him signed ages ago... Just cause June 30 is the dead line, doesn't mean you have to wait for it....
Before you say "maybe he's holding out" my mail is he hasn't even had an offer yet...
We all know that the anti tampering laws are a joke why are we playing with fire particularly when he's being showcased for all to see?

Agreed losing Bronson would be a big mistake!

No to mention Skandy.Either one of them go and its a huge backward step for us.

Both are so needed in so different ways.Skandy is WTs and must be retained at all costs. If he even gets close to signed by someone else their will be a riot.History and heart,he is right in the middle of it.

And Bronson is our PRIMO young gun.Cant let guys like this slip through our fingers who have popped up in our own garden.....

Im hoping that if there is any doubt that we may/may not sign anyone will be dispelled by our very good form of late.If they stick around they are gonna play in finals VERY SOON........

We are bloody close this year.......we can make it..maybe,maybe not. What about next year.Put 20 plus first grade games for blokes like Bronson,Benji,Farah,Gibbs,Fulton and co.

We are gonna kick arse.....(and we arent doing too bad now).

look guys, i dont think u have to worry too much about bronson. i remember back at the dragons game i was with some mates who went to school with brons, and we were talking with bronsons mum who was sitting in fron of us. of course whilst talking we had to ask her where bronson was going to be playing in the future and whether the cash of team like the roosters were enticing. she just said who has he played for all his life? where are all his friends playing? who's been looking after him for the past 5 or so years? that he wasn't going anywhere, and as long as the tigers made him a decent offer, which they undoubtedly will, he'll stay. he's not after the millions, he likes the mates he's playing with, realises all the potential around him and wants to stay. he also said this to us in the pre-season so i think u could safely assume that sooner or later he'll be re-signed for a few years.
but of course, the sooner the better.

and this is also the general consensus of a LOT of the cubs. they are happy and enjoy playing together and want to stay together. so after one or two younguns sign, the rest should follow.

This is true (the same goes for Robbie who signed with us for less than he was offered elsewhere because he WANTED to stay with the club and with his mates)

But I admit I would rest a lot easier if we got brons under lock and key soon, the reason being that I know union were sniffing around last year and gave him a good offer and given they have no anti-tampering laws to worry about could very easily decide to try again this year - he's knocked them back once but I don't like taking chances on our young guns 'cause these guys are going to help us transform the club.

Well he knocked back a very good offer (more than he got with us) from union last year because he wanted to stay a tiger

I doubt he's had a huge change of attitude in 12 months :D

Go the shred of doubt. :p

lol no I'm certain he still wants to stay with us

But I'm equally certain that its not worth taking the risk of someone coming along and offering him double what we can - even players that don't *want* to leave suffer changes of heart when enough money is thrown at them
