Brown on the bench

Unbelievable.Sheens has picked Mckinnon at fullback against the Storm leaving poor Mitch on the bench.Mitch has done nothing wrong over the last 2 weeks and deserved another opportunity to show his wares. Why at worst would he have not selected Brown over Ryan on the wing.Talk about disheartening for Brown he should be our number 1 this week & next year he is a talent in the making f**k you Sheens youve done it again.

Ryan will never be dropped from the starting 13 on form.

He is to important to one of our stars as a friend

It makes some sense. Ryan played a decent game last week, he is at home on the wing. Brown on the bench can come in and cover McKinnon if he breaks down, or he can have 3 minutes on the wing towards the end of the match.

brown has done well covering a couple of positions but the players picked in front of him deserve to be there. i dont really see the value in picking brown on the bench at all.

Brown was really warming to the roll, chiming into the backline,he can consider himself very unlucky,or Wade can consider himself very lucky.

Well ill agree when he actualy shows it, all ive seen so far is a slow old man that used to be great.

Have to agree Mckinnon is way to slow, you watch more often than not where there is a chance in the backline WM will come back inside away from his runners taking the tackle rather than continue the ball movement. He may have loads more experience but being a better player than Brown i think not.

Brown has been great at the back and quite frankly if he was given a decent go at the job earlier in the season McKinnon would be still playing in NZ. In saying that McKinnon had been very strong for us prior to injury and probably deserves a shot at the job and come the big games I think Sheens will always go for experience. Brown will get his chance he can cover 1 thru 3 without any problems

I shouldnt be to critical of WM as he is still a solid experienced player and im sure he will do his job well, i guess im just a fan of attacking players thus the reason i used to like watching Gallant play. Brown has replaced some of that speed and attack from the fullbacks position which has been absent for some time with Moltzen ,Ryan and now Wade mc there.
