Bryson Goodwin has been outsanding.

The fact we have a few kickers in our team, who would you rather in the side now?

I love the Cov but how many years does he have left in him. We need more speed on the edges and that has been very clean with Fergo on the other side.

Sure he is going great but he is playing in a team that has the form halfback of the comp.

I believe the Cov is a better fit for our team which is all that matters at the moment. That said I wouldn't have minded hanging on to Goodwin, he's playing very well for the dogs at the moment.

Noddy only stiffles the sharks attack spider.

If you recall he didn't stiffle the storm attack because hill was 5/8, and he doesn't stifle the dogs attack because ennis is the hooker, and he stifled the sharks attack because ummm ummm ummm.

speed: goodwin wins hands down.
defence: covell wins hands down, goodwin makes some bad defensiv errors. last nights try from the cowboys, goodwin ran in and left his marker open for that try. but in saying that, he will come good in that department.
arial plays: haven't seen much of goodwin in the air so i will have to say covell
power: i would have to say covell only because of his palm offs.
smarts: covell certainly has the smarts but goodwin also shows some brains when running down that side line.

but like inferno said, i think covell is better suited for our team.

Beat Folau twice a fortnight ago, much better in the air than Covell IMO:

In most other areas apart from speed Covell is the better player simply through experience. Goalkicking is a massive bonus for him too.

Covell has a massive prescence. He can create a lot more out of nothing as well. You can tell the players love the bloke.
