No - he's not overrated. He's a superbly skilled hooker with a great workrate.
As for your rankings - that's difficult. Of the 3 "players" Wing is the best, clearly, I think.
But as specialist hookers, it is much more difficult. Priddis has certainly been awesome this year. I guess it depends on what you expect from your hooker, and what your game plan is. None of the 3 would let you down
