The Bulldogs Young Player Academy located in Belmore is the home for some of the Dogs future stars. A feast of talented player’s from around Australia and New Zealand have spent time living at the Academy. Previous player’s to spend time at the Academy include: Jamie Feeney, Roy Asotasi, Sonny Bill Williams, Johnathan Thurston and Ben Harris.

The Bulldogs Recruitment Manager, Mark Hughes has put out the word that the Academy is in need of a refurbish. What is needed is:

• An L-shaped lounge
• Some cabinets (store shoes, etc)
• A fridge
• Television
• Video player

It would be great if any Bulldogs Supporters could assist the Club in finding some furniture that is no longer required to fit out the Academy.

Anyone that can assist should call Mark Hughes at the Football Club on 9789 2922.

Employment:

The Bulldogs are also on the look-out for some employment for the young footballers. From February the Club is seeking employment in the following industries, particularly but not limited to:

Landscape Gardening x 2
Cabinet Making/Carpenter x 2
Plasterer x 1
Electrician x 1

The majority of the player’s in the Academy are recent School leavers.

The Bulldogs are also looking for some casual employment for some of the young footballers.

The boys are on leave from 22 December, 2004 until 10 January, 2005. Any employment opportunities either side of this period would be of great assistance to the Club.

Anyone that can assist should call Mark Hughes at the Football Club on 9789 2922.

Accommodation Required:

The Bulldogs have two young footballers that have joined the Club from New Zealand that are seeking family accommodation. These two boys will be attending Westfields Sports High School and will also require assistance getting to School.

These two boys are currently living in the Bulldogs Academy, but the Club would prefer that they live with a caring family.

Anyone that can assist should call Mark Hughes at the Football Club on 9789 2922

Are you fair dinkum?

You've just won the comp, have one of the most profitable Leagues clubs in Australia, and to top it off you've got Mitsibishi Electric as your major sponsor yet you're asking fans to donate a TV, VCR & Fridge? What's that add up to? $1,500? $2,000?

It's a gee up right?
