Bulls again on the move

I've noticed the Bulls are now playing at the Crest Stadium and have obviously left the Potts Park facilities.
Is this move long term and what do the facilities at the Crest Stadium offer?
Hopefully an improvement on the greyhound track where spectator viewing was fairly far from the ground, Belmore Oval which is obviously simply too large for the purpose and Lidcombe Oval which is outside the clubs target market.

Also any news on the two new teams home grounds?
Asquith have been pushing for Storey Park to be developed for a number of years now and from what Ive seen the surface is fairly lacking and only a hill is offered for spectators.

Lionel Watts has been finalised as Belroses home though does anyone know how they will be ensuring entrance is charged, this being vital to the clubs bottom line due to the club having no leagues club backing.

The "crest stadium" will be interesting. Steve Folkes reserve and a couple of soccer fields and an open athletics track used to be in the middle of a large parkland area. Now the velodrome is the central feature with the Bull's sponsor Handlebar Travern located under the road that leads up to the velodrome entrance.

The althletis field has now got a fence around it and some covered spectator facilities. Steve Folkes is next door. I suspect the posts are going to go up inside the athletics track meaning no closer view of the action but close location to the sponsor.

The move won't phase them. A lot of people associated with the Bulls would be accustomed to being "on the run".

Potts Park's sheds were too small. I hope these sheds are bigger. They should be if it is a new facility.
