Some pretty damning statistics, lets get this guy signed up now!!!

Do you know that in nine games at fullback for Parramatta, he’s made more linebreaks than any other fullback in the NRL - and that’s the guys who have been in the position for the entire season. He’s made 15 linebreaks in nine games - Slater is next best with 12 from 17 games. His average metres are 209 metres a game - Slater’s are 116 metres a game. You’ve got to be a bit carefuil with that statistic because Slater has played a bit of dummy half - particularly when Cameron Smith is not there. The second best fullback for metres gained is Perrett with 179m and Gidley 174m.

On current form Hayne will be hard to hold out for the Australian 1 test jersey. Slater should be worried, and LOL @ the NSW selectors who would have brought in Patten instead of shifting Hayne to fullback.

Simply Yes He is!! But they will still pick Slater over Him for Australian Fullback. Go figure

taking into account players injured, I would rate them out of the current teams. Realistically all of them are very skillful, I would have Sammatt simply because he struggles under the high ball and his kick returns arnt the best but he still is a very good player and he showed that on the weekend. I would happily take anyone down to 11 in that list, but obviously would not swap any of them for Hayne.
