My hat goes off to you Chris Byrd. You earnt this one buddy. I never doubted you could win even against a fit 233lbs Tua. Ozbash give the little big man some credit,he has earnt it!
A quote from Ozbash
<table cellspacing=0 cellpadding=10 width="100%" bgcolor=#ffffff border=0> <tbody> <tr> <td> "el dougle. stop kidding yourself and show some respect for our next world champ.when he wins he will probably tour aussie just to show you non believers his belt.
i dont know what you have been drinking but your cold bath story is a beaut.
hot baths do dissolve fat.
byrdy is a pussy who is about to get sat on his fat arse by a contender-not a pretender........."
</td></tr></tbody></table> God I hate being right
I expected Ozbash to be back here grinning like a grub had Tua won but unfortunately the best man(Chris Byrd)won so he's gone awol??
Let this be a lesson to you.
NEVER go making predictions if you've NEVER seen the guy fight.
All Hail Chris Byrd!!
hmm, i have just returned home from an uncivilised place that had no radio, net or tv. the first thing i hear is that the terminator sucked the taro !!
oh dear, i had such faith in him,,,,,,,
never mind, he can retire now.
you were right el duque !!
All is not lost for Tua he just needs someone to somehow get him to throw more punches and not bank on his left hook to win fights.
He's still a top 10 fighter and it would be a waste for him to retire.

David Tua is eager to reassure his fans that his dream of being heavyweight champion of the world is still alive.
His hopes have taken a major set back following his loss by a unanimous points decision to American southpaw Chris Byrd in Las Vegas.
His manager Kevin Barry says he will draw up a plan for his fighter this week with the hope of securing another bout before the end of the year.
He says the whole team still believes, and has every confidence, Tua will one day be champion of the world.
Barry says Tua is devastated by the loss but already enthusiastic about moving into the next stage of his career.
