Well whatever Adams said to Starc was clearly more effective than what he was getting from David Sooker.

Harris would be nice.
Whether JL could handle being told how it is, that's another question.

Harry would be great, he does work with the bowlers at CA academy, I've seen him on the videos.

Maybe just preparing himself for the big job.

the same 3rd rate batting line up against that which Richardson only got 1 wicket in 2 innings

A 22yo kid playing his 2nd test, who will be dropped for Haze regardless what he did, over a seasoned bloke who screwed up the new ball and sprayed it about time and time again this summer?

Not regardless of "what he did" but the fact that he had an opportunity to do something against a bunch of plodders and failed. You want to talk about Starc's failures but you dont want to talks about Richardson's failure.

I referred to Starc's performance in the last test when he seemed to resolve his issues and got 10 wickets. He bowls like that in England he'll clean up but he deserves first chance, no way will he be dropped.

If he doesn't perform then that's a different issue. Richardson should be in the squad because he has the potential to do well on their pitches but no way does he get picked for the first test if they are all fit.
