Where did I say it was Ben Hunt's fault? Is anything not Ben Hunt’s fault?
I expressed a point of view about players, coaches and management and also presented a set of circumstances that could have occurred.
In short if Ben Hunt was playing terrific at 7 and if JDB had not gone out that night then Hunt would never have played hooker, Mc Innes would have never played lock and potentially not made a rep side and may have been happy to extend his contract as our no 9.
If Mary had of been a competent coach and payed attention to the CC side and made sure we had adequately coached back ups to fill positions rather than making multiple positional changes then perhaps none of this would have eventuated.
IMO Mc Innes has somewhat been the victim of a lot of extenuating circumstances and his willingness to be a good clubman and provide support to the coach and therefore club has ultimately seen him cop the bushy end of the pineapple and the short straw for his efforts whilst others like Hunt & JDB were given rose petals to walk on.
And let's not forget the saloon passage ride Corey Norman has got in amongst all this as well.
You choose to see it as me blaming Hunt because that's exactly what you want to do rather than seeing the post for what it actually is which is giving some support for Mc Innes rather than our usual way of throwing rocks at players that leave the club.
