Big Dell accidentally let slip on MMM that the Dragons are in deep talks with Munster. What are everyone's thoughts on this?
I feel as though this must mean that Nightingale might be moving on at the season's end.

I highly doubt it was a mix up. They were talking about Cameron for a little while before Dell let it slip, and how he'd be replacing Slater etc..

Interesting signing though if true? Not sure on Doust's thought process but hey, the kid can play!

I am rather shocked that the Storm would lose Mann and Munster unless their cap isn't great either.

I listened and honestly Dell really has no idea.

The Big Dell first said he heard then he said he read it in the paper then says he doesn't know if its true then says I work for the club but don't have an knowledge yet says they are talking to him.

He is mixed up Munster with Mann and i doubt he is coming either.

I had a few listens and i'm still trying to figure out whether Dell really did have no idea or if he was back peddling. Either way, they're in talks which is a good thing.

Actually my best mate is a Storm die hard. We have definitely spoken to two of their players and he expected to lose both of them. I know Mann is the first one. The other bloke is a mystery but he thinks we are a red hot chance and won't name him. Anyway it's nice to see we are targeting the right style of player. We won't land everyone (McInnes was so, so close) but our recruitment is on the up. We are going to field an excellent side next year.

Last week watching Storm against the Panthers was the first time I'd ever seen or heard of this Munster and my God I was impressed! He's clearly more than ready to play NRL fulltime so it makes sense that Melbourne can't hold him if they can't offer him a fulltime gig next season and beyond.

With Dugan here I'm not sure where Munster would fit in because to me he is a fullback (and a very good one at that) and I think he would be wasted on the wing. Unless his preferred position is centre? Again, I don't really know anything about this kid apart from what I saw last week.

I haven't seen much of Kurt Mann - could someone please give me some info/their opinion on him?

Mann is very promising. Centre (which we need) that can play fullback and wing (which we also need). Quick, elusive, defends well and has a good footy brain. Will waltz into the starting line up and partner Aitken for years. Definitely a good target and I believe has signed on affordable money.

Mann is a versatile player, playing centre at the moment but can play fullback/half as well and will probably be a backup option in those spots here with us. He played in a lot of the junior QLD teams

This smells of error...safe bet Dell has muffed this, not the sharpest tool...pretty sure it's Mann not Munster and he's just got em confused here.
