Looked like a boring match with only one try scored. Canterbury retaining the shield on the back of Ben Blair 5 penalty goals.
Final score was very tight just like the usually are between Wellington and Canterbury. 15-14.

Did you watch the game?????

It certainly wasn't boring mate. It was a titanic struggle.

I was speechless for the rest of the night. I couldn't believe that in the last 3 challenges, we have lost by 2, drawn and now lost by 1.

Nah didn't watch it but I take back what I said. I should have said it was a titanic struggle.

I saw a article in the NZ Herald calling Wellington chokers.
Anyway this means the last round will see another titanic struggle.

yeah I thought the ref stuttered the play too much in what was a great contest, especially in the forwards

While Lawerence didn't do the Lions any favours.. it was Canterburys outstanding defense and their ability to hold onto the ball for the last 10 minutes without making a mistake that cost Wellington the game.

I thought the game wasn't anything to write home about to be honest, but after the super 12 and tri nations you forget that the standard falls for a little while.
