Being that the Trbojevic brothers will play tonight, will Cartwright also a development player,be available for next Sunday's match V Sharks?

Couldn't see why not being that they are not required to play for the Blues anyway.

Not only that, the Sharks will be without Gallen, Fifita, Maloney, Graham and Bird. We'll be without Mansour only. If we can't get over them, its curtains for us.

The way we defend Holmes Barba will each score a hat trick.

Will be good to see Hardacker get a good full game...

Providing he has learnt how to pass...

Dont care if we win by one, just win ffs

We never give anyone a towelling. We'll find a way to make it close at best.

Moylan has been poor since the Origin period rolled around. Cartwright had a couple of shockers but some brilliant games. Moylan has just not had his head in the game.

His flaws as a fullback are being exposed far more regularly now. He's slow. He doesn't have much power behind his runs and he has turned into a pussy at contesting kicks. If he was either faster to beat players or stronger to carry them and not get driven back I could handle him staying at fullback. But those two flaws are massive for an NRL fullback. His hands can be fixed easily once he gets confidence back. But i dont see him gaining speed and/or strength.

I wish we got a game without Moylan just to see what Hardaker or DWZ offered. Moylan wont be moved to 5/8th despite his flaws at fullback

Yes he will.

We'll see when the teams are announced tomorrow.

Right after the side was announced for SOO 3,the betting for our game was suspended.Should have put the house on the Panthers earlier.

And here we are 4 hours later, and the market is still suspended for our game as well as the Dogs V Tigers game.

Development players aren't made unavailable for club games mate the clubs would not allow it. If he is fit and doesn't get called into the blues he will be playing for us mate 100 percent. The 18th man when one is named even goes back and plays for his club doesn't he? I know Frizzel hasn't been missing dragons games for the last four years he has been named as 18th man.

I will probably get howled down for this, but if we can cover fullback with DWZ or Hardaker and TMM goes well with Cleary in the halves, I can see Moylan being dopped to the bench or reserve grade eventually. He's a good player, but not as good as all the hype.

Cartwright I can forgive. He isn't a 5/8. His defence and judgement when pushing the pass were improving until he was moved to 5/8 and he started to push the envelope. That's meant more point because the guy can do incredible things but i think he will be better able to pick his moments when he is back in the back row. Moylan is the same. He is playing two positions at the moment. He's always a step late to save a try because he's been pulled up into the defensive line. Hopefully Martin back let's him focus on his job.

Don't want to howl you down Tom because i agree with where you're coming from. He has been pivotal the last few years because we don't have ball players. Now we do. Once Thurston retires though there won't be a silkoer ball player in the league. We just need some time to define the roles in the team. At the moment everyone is kinda jumping in to have a go and the rest of the side may or may not be on the same page. When ya time for Cartwroght to run a play for example we need guys running off each hip. It's all. Good to say Carry should be choosier with his off loads but we should be doing everything possible to make sure he has an option everytime he takes a tackle because chances are the ball is coming out and that is an opportunity for a try/linebreak or a broken defensive line on the backfoot.

I think the powers that be at our club are of the belief TMM is going to be something special and therefore little point Moylan being trialled in the position as TMM is already a 5/8 and has the potential to be one of the best in the game. The bottom line is TMM possesses all the skillset that Moyland possesses but has more to his game overall, particularly, he has greater acceleration & speed and has a long kicking game whereas Moylan does not.
