Chad may get released to either side I reckon but I'd be easily convinced the Cowboys move to release Clifford now is reactionary to the news of Raiders reaching out to Chad. Not that Clifford wasn't going early anyway but that's been brought forward

The Cowboys would be fairly well totally pissed off if Chad was borrowed to the Raiders only to get an ACL or something.

There can be no doubt all 3 clubs are talking.

Chad is Shark property and they can release him to anywhere they want when it's all said and done but there are relationships to be maintained north of the border.
