Changes for Eels v Panthers.....possible good news for Parra

Penrith coach John Lang will check winger Amos Roberts (groin) and interchange forward Frank Pritchard (shoulder/ankle) before finalising his side for Parramatta Stadium tomorrow night. Hooker Luke Priddis (back) left the field last week but is not in doubt.

Parramatta skipper Nathan Cayless is likely to return from a broken forearm off the bench.

Although reading it's unlikey it would be good if Roberts & Pritchard were ruled out.

personally, If we are to make the finals and possibly go further, i'd like to be playing and beating Penrith at full strength, especially with the roosters coming up the following week. It would be nice to get on a roll though I guess and going up against the roosters with 3 solid wins behind us could only be positive.

Final home game for the year has gotta be a big one. I reckon we can knock them off the way we've been playing. Penrith are very vulnerable away from home at the moment and lack consistency.

i really do hate to say it.......

but i had a vivid dream last night that it was more pain and let down just like in the past and we wern't even competitive and pretty much got slaughtered by the Panthers, under the exact circumstances of this weekend and we were completely gone a week earlier than we had all hoped.............

i know, i know, i probably shouldn't have said it......but maybe i have gotten rid of the jinx now and such a thing just won't happen and maybe we can win this weekend???

don't get me wrong

i am hoping like anything that we win and i really do think we have a chance

but i didn't like my "vision" last night - just hope i was way off base????

and just hope BS doesn't (and no this is not a bash, just a reasonable comment) go overboard trying to bring people back and forget that although they are good players, the players we have had, have actually been doing the business lately - particularly in terms of Thorman and Witt (ie. don't spring Dykes back in at half or 5/8.......PLEASE??????????? :(

We'll win. I bought a new Parramatta jersey this week and everytime I do buy new Parra stuff we tend to win........ :D

It just gets to expensive to buy something every game......

Buy
Parra leagues just before the Roosters game and it might go to Golden Point ;-)

seriously tho, I think that Parra cuold be a good chance against the Panthers they'll be fired up for a big game being the last home game of the season.

In the last home game of 2003 they wojn 74-4
