The report comes from the APRLC website 'spud. Your guess is as good as mine. It wouldn't surprise me to see them under the RLEF at some point.
All three teams in the NA region come under the RLEF umbrella. I think it's a bit early for them (USA, Canada and Jamaica) to be taking responsibility for such a large area let alone incorporating SA into the equation at this moment in time.
