National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Elf, The Santa Clause, and Home Alone are favourites.

I quite like Love, Actually for some cheesy sentimentality, Die Hard or Kiss Kiss Bang Bang for some awesome bad-assery, or The Grinch for silliness.

Soft spot for The Christmas Story too.
