My sister was looking through her Cleo. This month they have a feature on the history of the Cleo Centrefold. Lo and behold the Centrefold for July 1977 was none other than The Newtown Jets. First time my sister has shown an interest in the Jets. A whole bunch of team photos in a bath I think (it is a small picture). Definitely NOT taken at Henson.
I recognised Manfred Moore (who is a strong Christian I understand).
Did anyone know about this. There could be some interesting promotion connected to it.
