Do you mean certain amounts should be mandatory ?

Ive never understood why the NRL pays for the RLPA. Surely if the players value a union they should be paying for it out of their significant earnings? Like wise superann, surely players should be covering their own out of their contracts? Most players are on a min $110k now.
Could save $6.4mill a year right there.
