Ivan Cleary

yeh my pick is between Cleary and Arthur. Cleary over the 3 years at penrith has chipped away at restoring pride in the west while Arthur has instilled a belief in a short space of time for Eels.

Good for these 2 clubs to be strong and fight for the finals again

I know who Sticky's pick would be.
Problem for him is that he can only vote for himself once.

Paul Green.

He's improved the Cowboys and weakened the Roosters.

Chook.

I may be biased but Arthur is my pick, we were an absolute rabble this time last year with no pride in the jersey and one of the worst Parra sides in the history of the club. I know he has a better roster but what he has done with us has been remarkable.

Cleary has also done a fantastic job at Penrith but this is a team that he helped build and have input too. Arthur just brought Gower with him, we are also 750k under the cap after Sticky's genius projectorgate antics.

I voted Toovey because he's badly underrated imo, Cleary is the coolest dude on the block though

Cleary.

But WTF were you thinking with a coach of the year poll and giving as one option two coaches??

Elliot/MacFadden

They are not co-coaches....
and Elliot would be near the bottom, MacFadden near the top

Just list the coaches out individually else this poll fails completely

McFaddin has turned the club around after the crap that was 2012-early 2014. The team is putting in for 80 minutes and the defensive has improved.

Has to be Cleary. Has taken a team with no Origin players in it up near the top of the ladder, even with a growing injury list they are sitting in the top 4 and at worst would probably finish 5th or 6th.

Considering Panthers were laughed at for signing Wallace and Soward, both have performed well this season. Jamie Soward especially has proven a terrific buy.

Too hard to split between Cleary and Arthur.

Both sides are well above where they were expected to be. Both inherited rabbles. I'd say they're both up top of the NRL when it comes to man management, knowledge of the game etc.

But I gave it to Arthur. He's turned an absolute basket case in Sandow into a decent performer with some value, and dealt with losing the best player in the game for a decent period during the Origin period. Cleary didn't have to deal with Origin representation, albeit he's had injury issues - which the Eels have as well. Peats was a massive loss, yet they've managed to keep their head above water.
