I think a lot of the reasons why there is so much frustration and negativity among fans at the moment is because the club just aren't communicating with the fans. I think we deserve to know whats going on (within reason of course) with retention and recruitment. The club is just not communicating with the fans. My own experiences are also that the club does not return emails to fans. very dissapointing and ordinary.

Agreed.Lets start emailing them, getting on the radio asking for answers etc.

Get em start thinking about a benji upgrade!

our club dont care and wont care they are useless and need to sacked, maybe if we start booing and throwing our jerseys on the ground and buring them the board might take notice and sign some good player (like parramatta)

are you joking i asked on three seperate times how much it would cost for a box out at cambo for the roosters game i gave them three weeks to reply and got zip.. what are our chances on getting a reply on signings and out future :roll:

I sent Tim Sheens a very positive email late last year welcoming him to the club and congratulating him for a good year last year, I recieved no response which was dissapointing. I emailed Steve Noyce earlier this year and raised a couple of points mostly positive, supplied all my details and never got a response. And it makes no difference if you are a football club member because I stated this in both my emails.

Yeah....I'm not surprised by those comments.

If you can't get responses to those queries, than forget a response to a complaint, or question about their recruiting policy....

I'm sure that management is living in some sort of bubble, preferring to think that we are all happy little vegemites ,very happy with their efforts over the last five years....

Of course they would. If they thought otherwise then they have to worry about finding another job beacause their current job may be in jeopardy.

I'v emailed Steve Noyce a few times and always got a reply within a few days, my last email was returned within 24 hours.

Dammit, i deleted most of my emails a few months back so i've only got my most recent one from about a month ago.


MY EMAIL:
Hi steve

There seems to be a bit of confusion amongst Wests Tigers supporters as to
when Pat Richards is due back from his injury layoff. The Wests Tigers Press
release has said 6 weeks as of last week. Yet its been saying 6 weeks now
for well over a month. Its been reported elsewhere that pat's only 2 weeks
away, so yeah this obviously has created some confusion as to when he'll
return.

So yeah it would be great to hear it from an official such as yourself as to
how long he'll be out for and to clear up any confusion us fans currently
have.

Certainly the confusion for fans is not good & I apologise for this.
In relation to Pat he has this week been named in the Wests Premier League team & lets hope he plays & gets thru ok and is quickly pressing for selection in First Grade.

Obviously his mail was slightly off cuz days later he turned out on the wing the for the wests tigers against the dragons.

haha, i think the longest he's taken to reply was maybe 3 days and that was around this time last season, obviously it depends on what he doing and how much time he has, perhaps i shold try emailling about benji and seeing if i get mine back first? :lol:

That's the point, we don't know WTF he does, cause he sure doesn't know how to run a football club properly.

What is the most worring is that the forum where we did get some feedback now and then is still not up. I don't know how many months it's been down but it is a total joke that it isn't back. It takes about an hour at the most to set one up and about 3 hours to swap the same one over to another server. It's gone on from something that would be a couple of days to months which really shows how organised they are and how responsible they feel they are to the fans. On top of that i remember that we got to send In questions to the Marketing team or something like that and I don't ever recall those answers being published maybe the questions were a bit too hard for them.
