Just wanted to say congrats to you Tigers fans. It just goes to show that Benjy can have a crap game for 79 minutes and still break your heart. Anyway the best team one. And I'd much prefer to see Ando's Rooters at the bottom of the ladder than the Tiges.

Yeah congrats guys. Really dont think the tigers are playing badly, certainly not to have 0 wins, so hope this is the start of a roll.

Was this the Tigers worse performance of the year?

I am not taking the piss I am just asking. I mean you guys have had 4 losses, but I thought your form against the storm and against the Cows last week was much better than it was this afternoon.

Either way congrats on breaking your duck and best of luck for the season ahead.

I think we played worse against the Sea Eagles, but I'd agree we were in better form when we lost to the Storm, Eels and Cowboys.

We were the better team for at least 60, 65 minutes against the Cowboys and Eels and were in with a real shot of beating the Storm during various stages of that match.

After the Cowgirls game i told someone the best team lost and they said i was wrong, the best team is always the one with more points on the board. Yesterdays game proved him wrong.

Sharks were stiff, gee if kimmorley mixed his 5th tackle options up a bit the score could have been anything. I think backing up after a monday night game is a tough ask.
As has been the case for years the sharks are a class player short of a very good side. They will make the eight under Ricky, but do little damage come september. My Tigers, they were shocking with the ball in hand, great without--They will get better, but their mad monday will be sooner than latter

it was a good turn out by the sharkies army
did anyone here who goes for a team other than tigers go to the ground yesterday?
if so, who do you feel about the ground?

I was there, and the set up of the stadium itself I like.. but its other things that tick me off about the place.. like buying pepsi (ran out of pepsi max before kick off) that was warm... then they ran out of one type of beer, then the other, then they only had light beer and it was just after half time.... not that i like beer but other people were inconvienced. Never been a fan of beer or wine myself.. would be nice if they served something I could drink seeing as I can't bring my own beverages into the grounds... but there are other grounds that don't sell other drinks too not just here.

One of the things that irked me last time about the place was there were no sanitary disposal units in the ladies room.. wouldnt have a clue if they do now.. i didnt bother going in there.

Having a drunken man spill beer everywhere and falling over the place wasn't pleasant either. I guess that can happen at many places.. still it just added to minor irritations of the day.

Was great to see such a big crowd tho.. was brilliant considering WT hadn't won a game yet.. credit to management etc and the fans on that.

In the end Tigers won.. kinda made up for the discomfort after that. :)

That ground was great I thought. I came down from townsville to watch the Sharks played and had a brillianty time.

Beer service was fast and cold and viewing from where we were on the hill was great.

decent Toilets and the quee into the game was fairly short and to only pay $14 entry was a bonus too.

Only problem is the fact the place its near ayrds
