A sincere congrats on the win last night Roosters. It's a fairly disappointing time for the Knights at the moment, with so many injuries and a few players looking to either leave or get a chunky salary to stay. Not much to be excited about as a Knights fan.
But the Roosters didn't take our mob lightly -- they stuck to their game, and made it look easier than it should have been. The loss to the Bulldogs probably woke them up a bit, and will no doubt give them motivation for the finals series.
If the Roosters aren't the best team in the competition, then I'm not here. They did some pretty simple things last night, offloads galore, and defended hard. They probably had every reason to slacken off after half-time, but didn't.
So well done on the win -- I get the sense some fans are not getting too excited about it because of the ease in which the victory came. But all the same, the Roosters played well. We can only hope to meet in the finals -- it would be nice to have some personnel back soon too, we're struggling.
