Congrats on the win you guys, it was a great game, nailbiting stuff and I just wish it didn't have to be at our expense!!!

But still, I am so glad to see you guys doing so well again, it's about time!

Thanks Sharkette, comiserations on the loss. To be honest, it was a little disappointing to watch, the raiders dropped it and dropped it and dropped it. Also Cronulla's try-scoring tally was 3 to the raiders 2.

The Sharks didn't play too bad and have certainly lifted their game from earlier in the season. The loss of Stevens really hurt and dare i say it, if he didn't get injured the Sharks would have won. I'm not complaining though. :D

Yeah, the loss of Stevens definately hurt. The sharks have definately improved, and as much as i hate saying it, the raiders still need to improve. They just dropped too much ball, but their defense held up pretty well. The sharks had most of the territory and I think the raiders did very well not to let in more then 3 tries.

I have to say that although we won and are now on track for a top four finish, thebrand of footy the guys are playing is a little boring. I'm not sure if this is part of Elliotts plans but where was the attacking flair of the first six weeks?

Also, I seriously think Davico needs either a week in reggies or a week's break. His handling is atrocious and it will cost us dearly against a side like the Broncos or Roosters.

O'Hara needs more game time if he is to become an effective representative front rower.

It was an ugly win and we are capable of much better.

I agree mate. Stevens was best on the park until he went off. He was the difference IMO, being reduced to 3 men doesn't help either.

Still, Kimmorley's goalkicking..............SOS Daryl Halligan!

Kimmorley's goalkicking could have won the sharks that game. On the other hand, Schifofske's back to his best with the boot.

Thanks sharkette, we didnt deserve to win that game but ill take
it, iseen a lot of other games we have deserved to win only to
lose to a critical decision or bad luck as they say thats football.
I have always had a soft spot for the sharks and i hope they
improve and go well, their forward pack is insane, guys like
beattie, nutley and bickerstaff are mental, great to watch.

The sharks are gradually getting back to the form they had last season when they won 11 on the trot, or whatever it was. Greg Bird's also a good young player. When are they going to win that elusive premiership though....??
