i hadnt realised the extent of freddies injury and i dont know if you guys had any alternative anyway - is this the end of the road for freddie?

anyway every roosters game i saw this year was great entertainment for me

a shame for you guys you left your worst kicking game until the GF

i am sure you guys will be a force next year at least until the finals when you will be smashed by the mighty sharks :lol:

As I said in another topic earlier, Congratulations Roosters on a great year. Second best in the world, hard to fault that too much.

But as you said above, some things just aren't meant to be.
Probably not to the same extent, but kind of like when Newcastlw won in 97 and it was seen as 'good for the game', I think it was probably good for the game to see the Panthers win.

Not really sure about the extent of Freddy's injury. I'm not a big fan of pain killing needles before the game but, time will tell. He will be a great loss to Rubgy League when he finally retires. I just hope it isn't decided for him through his injury.
