Clark is worse then Simpkins

maybe give Mander a double shift next week

other wise I'd be tempted to give Hampstead a game (the Dragons v Whoever game  )

Mander is no better.. I just have my fingers crossed he will have a decent game tomorrow. Still the standard of refereeing is the worst I have seen in 20 years, just no where neare good enough if they were players none of them would find clubs.

I wouldn't say that

I'm sure Souths and Manly could find room for them

Is it the standard of refereeing thats the worst in 20 years though....or is it the coverage, which is the best ever, cameras everywhere????

I think theyre still making the same mistakes now as they were 10, 20 , 30 years and more ago, its just we see them a whole lot clearer now.

I just wonder how Grweg Hartley would've gone in these days

if all his errors would've been picked up much easier.

LOL.....was thinking about him during tonites game.

It seemed Simpkins didnt call out every tackle, though it may have been audio not picking it up....you'd hear him call 1, then 2 up....then nothing then 4 movement...???? Easy way to miss the odd one, bad habit to get into.

Hartley is the best referee of all time espescially when he refereed Canterbury games

What favours did Hartley do us, smartman?

Gave 50/50 calls to Canterbury most of the time and admitted so after retiring.

A great supporter of the bulldogs
